    The Fort Saskatchewan & Lamont County Regional Chamber of Commerce was pleased to host the 2025 State of the City Address, delivered by Mayor Gale Katchur on April 4 at the Royal Canadian Legion. With 80 community members, business leaders, and public officials in attendance, the event offered a clear and thoughtful look at where the city stands today—and where it’s headed. Mayor Katchur provided a wide-ranging update on key developments in Fort Saskatchewan, including infrastructure projects, economic growth, and community initiatives. Her remarks highlighted both recent progress and the work that still lies ahead to support a growing and changing city. Chamber President Melissa Saretsky and Executive Director Colin Fagnan also took the opportunity to share updates from the Chamber. Their remarks touched on the organization’s upcoming events, regional partnerships, and plans for supporting local business in the year to come.
