    Please include a detailed list of all products or services that you wish to exhibit or sell. If an item or service is not included on this list, it cannot be advertised or sold at the 2023 Trade Show & Sale.
    Please include a detailed list of large items that you wish to have on display. ie. Service Vehicles, Recreational Vehicles & Trailers, Food Trucks, etc. This would ONLY include any larger than average display items that may involve additional load in & load out services and accommodations.
    One of the ways we will be promoting attendance by way of a gift basket draw. We are hoping all participants would contribute to the giveaway. You will be tagged on our promotions to acknowledge your contribution. Please indicate if you have something to contribute and what it is.
    Complimentary giveaways cannot include popcorn, bubblegum, chewing gum, or sunflower seeds. Food giveaways are permitted. Nuisance items, such as spray string or noisemakers, should not be distributed at the show. Exhibitors providing free giveaways should be considerate of other exhibitors who may be selling that same product. ALL giveaways (excluding wrapped candy) must be approved by Management; if a giveaway is not listed on this application form, it will NOT be permitted at the Trade Show & Sale. You will receive an email if your giveaway is not approved at the Trade Show & Sale.

    *CHAMBER MEMBERS receive a 20% discount off the listed booth prices, reflected above. All preferences will be considered, but they are not guaranteed.     First Right of Refusal & Application Process
    Returning exhibitors from the 2024 Trade Show & Sale have "First Right of Refusal” until Friday, February 28th, 2025, at which time applications will be reviewed based on the date the application was received. All applications submitted after Friday, February 28th, 2025, will be reviewed on a weekly basis beginning March 1st.     Payments and Refund Policy
    Once an acceptance email and invoice have been received, the exhibitor has 30 days to pay the invoice to confirm their booth. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to March 3rd, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between March 3rd – March 28th, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after March 28th, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.     Will your booth require power? *
    Limited power booths will be available and assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Additional fees for power may be charged.
