              Payments and Refund Policy
              Once an acceptance email and invoice have been received, the exhibitor has 30 days to pay the invoice to confirm their booth. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to Friday, February 28th, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between March 1st – March 7th, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after Friday, March 7th, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.
