            • 2024 Christmas Marketplace Application

              Join us on Saturday, November 16th and Sunday, November 17th from 10am to 4pm at the Dow Centennial Centre for the Annual Fort Saskatchewan Christmas Marketplace. This beloved and festive event is the kick-off to the holiday shopping season and is an incredible place for our community to shop local.

              Please include a detailed list of all items you wish to sell. If an item is not listed on your application, you will not be permitted to sell it at the Christmas Marketplace.
              Please note, all electricity requests must be made directly through the events partner. Information will be sent to accepted vendors on this process. There will be an additional fee for electricity.
              Please indicate if you prefer a 6' x 8' Booth: $300 | 10' x 10' Booth: $350 | 10' x 10' Corner Booth: $450 *CHAMBER MEMBERS receive a 20% discount off these booth prices.

              Vendor Acceptance Process: All vendors are required to submit this online application and accounts must be in good standing in order to be approved. Returning Christmas Marketplace Vendors are given first preference until August 1st, 2024. Applications received after this date will be reviewed based on the date the application was received. Once a vendor has received an acceptance email, an invoice will follow. Payment is required within two (2) weeks of the invoice date to secure your booth. If these requirements are not met, your booth may be given to another applicant. Refund policy: If a vendor wishes to be removed from the market on or before September 30th, 2024, a full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be issued. Cancellations made between October 1, 2024 – October 16, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 17, 2024. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.
